Dr Ash jones
Principal ChiropractorDr Ash is a passionate chiropractor who loves to help people reach their health goals with understanding and enthusiasm through chiropractic care. She is our resident and self-proclaimed ‘nerd’ and loves being able to support people in understanding what their nervous system is doing.
She first discovered chiropractic care through her first pregnancy 15 years ago and has been amazed by it ever since.
Dr Ash likes to care for people at all ages and stages, having completed further study in paediatric care and alternative chiropractic techniques to suit anyone and everyone, with a focus on nervous system regulation and adapability.
When she isn’t in the practice, Dr Ash loves spending time with her family at thebeach, supporting The Fremantle Dockers and getting active out in nature. She is an avid reader, lover of fashion and loves to cook and bake for her loved ones.
Dr Ash took over Evolution Chiropractic in 2025 and is so proud to be a part of the Warrnambool community and caring for so many people in and around the beautiful South West.
Missy Hussey
Practice ManagerMissy is the heart and soul of Evolution Chiropractic. She loves being part of each clients Chiropractic Journey and has an innate understanding of what we are capable of with a well-adjusted nervous system.
Missy is the mum and step mum to 3 beautiful kids along side her husband. She is a foodie through and through with an extensive background in hospitality prior to joining Evolution in 2019.

Maya Van Der Starre
Maya joined Evolution in December 2025 prior to beginning a Bachelor's Degree of Nursing at Deakin University in Warrnambool.
As the “pocket rocket” of Evolution, Maya enjoys all things creative. She is always looking for new ways to think outside the box; combining attention to detail with imagination, allowing her creativity to flourish.
Outside of Evolution, you may find Maya hanging out with her dog Lola, working on one of her many creative projects or spending time with family and friends.
Bec Simpson
Bec is a hairdresser by trade and joined the Evolution team in 2025
Alyce gallichan
Alyce is a mum and step mum to her beautiful children Zavier and Mila along side her amazing partner who supports her with everything in life. She love being a mum it’s the greatest gift of all.
In her spare time, Alyce enjoys walking along the beach, working out at the gym and going running. She loves the outdoors and how it makes you feel. Alyce is a baking enthusiast and loves cooking in the kitchen and most of all spending time with her family and friends.
Alyce loves being a CA at Evolution and finds so much joy to see the beautiful smiles on clients faces after their adjustments and getting to know them and be a part of their chiropractic care.

Caitlan has been Evolution’s Locum chiropractor for manyb years and loves supporting the Warrnambool and Evolution community
Maddy O’Shannassy
Maddy is the mum of 4 gorgeous children along with her husband. She joined the Evolution team in 2025 after being a long-time client of the practice.
A chef by trade, Maddy loves to create beautiful meals for her family and friends. She loves supporting her kids in all their endeavours and makes sure her family comes first.
Maddy is Evolutions Event queen and is the amazing woman behind the scenes organising our practice events such as our annual Kids Day, in-house talks and client nights.
